Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made 10 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the retreat start date will not be refunded.

2. No-Show Policy

• No refund will be issued if a participant does not attend the retreat without prior notice.

3. Cancellation by Retreat Center

• In the rare case of cancellation or rescheduling by Carmel Retreat Center, participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, or

  • An option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable.
